新时代我国高校教育管理创新的思考

摘要

创新教育管理是新时代的客观要求和高校自身发展的必然选择，对提升高校教育管理水平和效率具有重要意义。分析当前我国高校教育管理存在的制度体系不够完善、缺乏人文关怀、管理模式单一、管理人员业务素质不高等方面的突出问题，以提升新时代人才培养质量和办学能力为落脚点，提出通过建立健全管理体制机制、坚持以人为本理念、丰富管理手段、加强管理队伍建设、强化保障体系建设来创新教育管理，提升教育管理质量，助力高校内涵式发展。

Abstract:

Innovative education management is the objective requirement of the new era and the inevitable choice for the development of colleges and universities. It is significant to improve the quality and efficiency of higher education management. This paper deeply analyzes the prominent problems that exist in the current situation of education management of Chinese colleges and universities, such as the imperfect system, the lack of humanistic care, the single management mode, and the low professional quality of administrative staff in colleges and universities. In order to improve the training quality of talents, capability of running schools and the quality of education management, and promote the connotative development of colleges and universities in the new era, this paper proposes to innovate education management by establishing and perfecting management system and mechanism, adhering to the people-oriented concept, enriching management means and strengthening the construction of management team and guarantee system.
