摘要 

师德师风建设是教师队伍建设永恒的课题,关乎学校能否落实立德树人根本任务,能否培养出中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人。但目前来看,高校师德师风建设还存在一些问题,加强师德师风建设,既要加强教师自律,也要通过健全的考核、监督、惩处机制强化外部约束。

Abstract: 

The construction of teachers' morality and style is an eternal task in the construction of teachers' team, which is related to whether the school can adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, and whether it can cultivate qualified builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, at present, there are still some problems in the construction of teachers' morality and style, such as teachers' misconduct, academic misconduct and so on. To strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style, we should not only strengthen teachers' self-discipline, but also strengthen external constraints through sound assessment, supervision and punishment mechanisms.
