转型期背景下地方工科院校教师教学发展策略探析———以吉林化工学院为例

摘要 随着地方本科高校转型发展的不断推进, 转型发展的新思路、新决策和新举措的不断涌现, 为教
师的专业成长和专业发展创造了新的机遇。本文主要以地方工科院校教师教学发展的内涵特征、转型
期对地方工科院校教师教学发展的诉求为基础,主要从转变教师教学发展理念、确立教师教学发展的保
障、抓住教师教学发展的重点和关键、突出教师教学发展的核心等 5 个方面进一步研究与探索转型期背
景下地方工科院校教师教学发展策略,对于提升教育教学能力和保障人才培养质量具有重要的意义和
作用。

Abstract: With the continuous development about Transformation of local universities and colleges, the new
ideas,new decisions and new measures for the development of transformation have been created, it provides
new opportunities for teachers’ professional growth and development. This paper mainly based on the
connotation characteristics, the development of teachers in local engineering colleges, demands of teaching
developing in transformation period,mainly from 5 aspects about changing the ideas of teaching development,
establishing teachers’development guarantee, seize focus and key of the development of teaching, projecting
the core of the teaching development, we further research and explore the strategies of teaching in local
engineering colleges under the background of the transition period, it is of great significance and role to
enhance the teaching ability and guarantee the quality of talent training.
