压电泵在喷墨打印机连供系统上应用研究

摘要 为解决带有连供系统的喷墨打印机内置墨盒中的墨水向外置墨盒回流及打印机长期不用墨水干
燥阻塞管路问题,将微型有阀压电泵安装在连供系统的管路中, 并对压电泵进行了性能测试
测试结果
显示: 在连供装置的管路中压电泵最大输出流量可达
8 mL /min-1, 最大输出压力可达 11 kPa; 压电泵出
口反向截止压力为
65 cmH2O,最小自吸高度可达 70 cmH2O.以上测试数据结果表明,所设计的压电泵结
构尺寸小,性能好,安装后可完全解决连供系统存在的问题

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of backflow ink in inner cartridges to external cartridges and ink
drying blocked pipeline if never used in the inkjet printer with continuous ink supply system
the micro
piezoelectric pump with valve installed in the pipeline for the system
and performance of the piezoelectric
pump were tested.The test results showed that
: maximum output flow rate of the piezoelectric pump up to 8
mL /min
-1 in the continuous ink pipeline for devicethe maximum output pressure can reach 1. 1 kPa;
piezoelectric pump reverse cut-off pressure is 65 cmH2Othe minimum self-priming height can reach 70
cmH
2O.The above test results show that the piezoelectric pump has structure design of small sizegood
performance
the problems of continuous ink supply system can be completely solved after installation.
