摘要 

专业建设在高等职业教育中占有重要地位,是高等职业教育发展的关键和根基所在。对地方工科院校高职专业建设面临的理念引领力不强、特色化不鲜明、产业对接度不够、保障力不足问题进行了深入阐述,从借鉴《悉尼协议》强化理念引领、坚持专业建设特色化发展、提升专业建设与产业的协同度、强化专业保障机制建设方面提出了新时代高职专业建设策略。

Abstract: 

Specialty construction plays an important role in higher vocational education and is the key and foundation of the development of higher vocational education. This paper expounds the problems faced by the construction of higher vocational major in local engineering colleges, such as the weak concept-leading force, the lack of distinctive characteristics, the lack of industrial connection and the lack of guarantee force. It puts forward strategies from the aspects of strengthening the concept-leading force, adhering to the development of specialty construction with characteristics, improving the coordination between specialty construction and industry, and strengthening the construction of professional guarantee mechanism.
