摘要

以积极心理学理论为导向的大学生心理健康教育，其影响与成效已得到师生的广泛认可。将积极心理学与团体心理辅导相结合，对于高校心理健康教育的开展尤为重要。阐述了积极心理学与团体心理辅导的科学含义，探讨积极心理学视角下大学生团体心理辅导的积极意义，并对其应用与实践进行总结与展望。

Abstract:

The influence and effect of college students' mental health education oriented by positive psychology theory have been widely recognized by teachers and students. The combination of positive psychology and psychological group counseling is particularly important for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the scientific meaning of positive psychology and psychological group counseling, discusses the positive significance of psychological group counseling for college students from the perspective of positive psychology, and summarizes and prospects its application and practice.
