摘要 

采用溶胶—凝胶法制备出了CaSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+和Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+,对比分析了两者的激发光谱与发射光谱,探讨了基质改变对Eu3+、Bi3+发光性能的影响。结果表明Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+中Bi3+—Eu3+之间的能量传递效率明显高于CaSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+中的。

Abstract: 

CaSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+and Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+ were prepared by means of Sol-Gel method .The influences of host materal change on Eu3+and  Bi3+ were researched by contrasting the excitation and emission spectras of CaSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+ and Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+. The results showed that energy transfer efficiency between Bi3+ and Eu3+ in Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+ was obviously higher than the one which was in CaSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+.
