摘要 

根据染料配料现场控制要求,设计了一套基于西门子PLC与梅特勒-托利多称重仪表的染料配方自动控制系统。该系统下位机由S7-300和S7-200 Smart PLC构成,上位机运行系统由组态王7.5组态软件完成,实现了高精度的染料配方自动控制。该系统具备通讯可靠、操作简单等特点,有效地提高了生产效率,保证了系统的稳定性。

Abstract: 

According to the requirements of field control of dye ingredient, an automatic control system of dye formulation based on Siemens PLC and Metler-Toledo weighing instrument is designed. The upper computer running system is completed by Kingview 7.5 configuration software. The whole system realizes high precision automatic control of dye formulation. It has the characteristics of reliable communication and simple operation. It effectively improves the production efficiency and guarantees the stability of the system.
