Abstract: The paper analyzes the Comprehensible Input ( CI) in TPRS ( Teaching Proficiency through
Reading and Storytelling or TPRS) .In this article,the topic is discussed in several aspects which includes the
introduction of TPRS and CI, how do TPRS teachers do CI, how to deal with different tense in CI, the
connection between CI and personalized questions and answers ( PQA) ,the connection between CI and output,
the connection between CI and writing, the connection between CI and circling and how could teacher do
comprehension checks in TPRS classrooms.
