关于高职艺术类专业服务城市社区文化建设的研究报告——以四川城市职业学院服务多社区实践为例

摘要 

当前,我们国家和政府高度重视社区文化建设和高校智力资源的智力输出,政策层面要求和支持力度空前;与此同时,社区文化在我国城镇化进程还存在着缺乏系统建设思考、运行机制缺失、规范化与制度化不足、组织者与参与者素质普遍不高等现状,亟待智囊团介入。本文针对高校艺术类专业如何发挥社会职能服务于城市社区文化建设,依托地方性、体现艺术性和城市要素,有效整合各类资源共同进行有特色、有针对性的社区文化打造等方面进行路径探索。

Abstract: 

Summary of an article: At present, our country and government attach great importance to community cultural construction and output of intellectual resources in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, in the process of urbanization in China, it still has problems such as lack of systematic construction thinking, lack of operation mechanism, lack of standardization and institutionalization, and generally low quality of organizers and participants. This paper aims to explore the way of how college art majors exert their social functions to serve the construction of urban community culture, and effectively integrate various resources to build distinctive and targeted community culture by relying on localism, artistry and urban elements.
