卓越工程师教育背景下环境工程专业人才培养模式探索

摘要 

“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是我国高等工程教育的重大教学改革项目。我院环境工程专业作为卓越工程师教育培养计划试点专业,针对“卓越计划”的几个关键环节,提出了创新人才教育培养模式、优化教育教学内容等改革措施、转变人才教育培养理念、创立专业人才培养标准。在实践的过程中做了一些有益的探索,以促进高等工程教育校企联合、工学交替、课程体系改等方面的发展。

Abstract: 

The program of educating and training outstanding engineers is a major teaching reform project of higher engineering education in China. Environmental engineering major in our institute, as a pilot major, involves itself into educating and training outstanding engineers by introducing a new talent training mode, optimizing the teaching content, transforming education concept and formulate the standards of cultivating personnel. In the process of practice, the attempts in the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation, the combination of work and study, curriculum system reform in higher engineering education are proved to be beneficial.
