摘要 

地方理工科院校承担着为地方经济发展培养高级应用技术型人才的重任,而在培养高素质人才方面,教师教学发展起着非常重要的作用。本文以地方某工科大学一线教师为研究对象,通过调查一线教师的基本信息、教学认知、培训教学方面及培训专业方面需求,将结果分析汇总,提炼出教师教学发展特点、需求动机等,意在明确教师教学发展方向,为制定切实可行的教师教学发展培训方案提供依据。

Abstract: 

Local science and technology universities undertake the task of fostering advanced application technology talents for local economic development. The development of teachers' teaching plays a very important role in training high-quality talents. Taking the front-line teachers of Changchun University of Science and Technology as the research object, by investigating the basic information, teaching cognition, training teaching and professional needs of front-line teachers, this paper summarizes and analyses the results of the survey, and extracts the characteristics and demand motivation of teachers' teaching development. And the purpose of this paper is to clarify the direction of teachers' teaching development so as to provide a basis for formulating practical training programs for teachers' teaching development.
