Abstract: Focusing on the evaluation systems and promotion strategies of university sci-tech journals in China, this study systematically analyzes the index composition, selection mechanisms, and development dynamics of the four current mainstream evaluation systems. It also conducts an in-depth interpretation of the connotation and application value of the evaluation indicators. On this basis, combined with the current development status of the industry, targeted promotion strategies are proposed from four dimensions: expanding manuscript source channels, promoting the application of new media, developing characteristic columns, and cultivating professional editorial talents. The research aims to provide theoretical references and practical paths for the high-quality development of university sci-tech journals, helping them better play a window role in academic communication and serve discipline construction and scientific research innovation.
