动物肝损伤模型建立的研究进展

摘要
肝损伤涉及短期内突发的肝细胞损害,其病因较多,机理复杂。动物实验是研究该病发病机制及临床前药物筛选的重要方法之一。本文基于肝损伤的模型建立,对四氯化碳、D-半乳糖胺、乙醇,以及人源性肝嵌合体小鼠等模型建立进行综述,为研究动物实验肝损伤提供有针对性的选择方法。

Abstract:
The liver injury, with more etiology and complex mechanism, involves short-term sudden hepatocyte damage. Animal experiment is essential assay which used for researching the pathogenesis of the disease and drug screening on preclinical. The article is reviewed of liver injury based on the model which includes CCl4 , D-galactosamine, acetaminophen, ethanol and Chimeric mice with humanizedliver, which provides a targeted selection methods for animal experiments to research liver injury.
