摘要
本文以芳胺和氨基苯甲酸为原料,用重氮盐偶合法合成了2个偶氮化合物(L1和L2),用红外光谱和1H核磁表征了其结构,并对化合物的酸碱变色性及光学性能进行了研究。实验结果表明化合物L1和L2具有较大的摩尔吸光系数,良好的酸碱变色性,可作为潜在的荧光感应材料。

Abstract:
Two azo compounds (L1 and L2) were synthesized from aromatic amine and amino benzoic acid by the diazo coupling reaction. The chemical structure of two azo compounds was characterized by IR and NMR. The the acid-alkaline based discoloration and optical properties of the compounds were also studied. The results show that the compounds L1 and L2 have high molar absorptivity and good acid-base discoloration, and can be used as a potential fluorescent probes.
