摘要 综述了近二十年来在医药、农药和小分子领域具有广泛用途的的嘧啶联芳环和嘧啶衍生物的合
成研究进展.本文主要介绍了几种嘧啶联芳环的合成方法: 通过偶联反应合成、通过构建芳环合成及通
过构建嘧啶环合成.

Abstract: The most recent achievements in the construction of phenyl pyrimidine compounds have a wide
range of uses in the field of medicine and pesticide. This paper mainly introduces the synthesis of phenyl
pyrimidine compounds: by coupling reaction, by the construction of aromatic ring and by the construction of
pyrimidine ring.
