摘要 在氯化钾辅助下,成功制备了ZnO品体的纳米线。XRD和IR分析结果表明,制得的品体具有纯净的 ZnO品体结构:SEM图像显示,制得的Z0晶体呈现一维生长的线型结构,其表面平直光滑,没有分叉现象,显示了极好的结品性。同时,粒径分析结果表明,随着 KC加入量的增加,得到的 Zn0 晶体径向尺寸逐渐减小,轴径比逐渐增加。这主要是由于KC的加人使氣离子吸附在氧化锌品体(002)晶面帮助其实现各向异性的晶体生长。

Abstract: Nanowires of ZnO crystals were successfully prepared with the assistance of potassium chloride.The results of XRD and IR analyses show that the prepared crystals had a pure ZnO crystal structure ; SEM images showed that the prepared ZnO crystals exhibited a one-dimensional growing linear structure with a straight and smooth surface without bifurcation phenomenon , which demonstrated an excellent crystallinity. Meanwhile , the results of particle size analysis showed that the radial size of the obtained ZnO crystals gradually decreased with the increase of KCl addition ,and the axial diameter ratio gradually increased.This is mainly due to the fact that the addition of KCl caused the chloride ions to adsorb on the crystal surface of Zn0 crystals ( 002), which helped them to achieve anisotropic crystal growth.
