摘要 以往的养殖污水处理方法因对养殖污水预处理效果不佳,污水中残留大量大颗粒物质,从而影响了污水处理的最终效果。因此,设计了碳纳米管复合膜的养殖污水处理方法。根据养殖污水的实际情况,通过计算去除养殖污水中的大颗粒物质,使用化学软化剂对污水进行软化处理,降低污水的硬度,再对污水进行酸洗,去除污水中的细菌,根据碳纳米管复合膜的特性,对其进行制备,利用制备的碳纳米管复合膜对养殖污水进行过滤,再对过滤后的污水进行进一步处理,由此设计相应的养殖污水处理方案。通过上述的设计,完成对养殖污水处理方法的设计。实验结果表明,相较于传统养殖污水处理方法,设计的碳纳米管复合膜技术在实际应用中总成本仅需49.16万元,远低于其他两种方法的103.54万元和140.57万元。此外,该技术处理后的污水中氨氮含量低至4.8mg/L,展现出更优的污水处理效果。

Abstract: Due to the poor pretreatment effect of aquaculture sewage in the previous past, a large number of large particles remain in the sewage, thus affecting the final effect of sewage treatment. Therefore, the aquaculture sewage treatment method of carbon nanotube composite film was designed. According to the actual situation of aquaculture sewage, through the calculation of large particles in aquaculture sewage, using chemical softener to soften sewage treatment, reduce the hardness of sewage, sewage pickling, remove the bacteria in sewage, according to the characteristics of carbon nanotube composite membrane, the preparation, using the preparation of carbon nanotube composite membrane aquaculture sewage filter, and then further treatment of filtered sewage, thus design the corresponding aquaculture sewage treatment scheme. Through the above design, the design of the aquaculture sewage treatment method is completed. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional aquaculture sewage treatment method, the total cost of the designed carbon nanotube composite membrane technology in practical application is only 491,600 yuan, which is much lower than the other 1,035,400 yuan and 1,405,700 yuan of the two methods. In addition, the ammonia nitrogen content in the sewage treated by this technology is as low as 4.8 mg/L, showing a better sewage treatment effect.
