摘要 探讨新时代高校廉洁文化建设对师德师风建设的引领作用。通过阐释新时代高校加强廉洁文化建设的意义,分析高校廉洁文化的内涵与价值,探究廉洁文化建设与高校师德师风建设的内在联系,剖析新时代高校师德师风建设的现状与问题,提出新时代高校师德师风建设的新思考新思路:以廉洁文化建设为引领,加强新时代高校师德师风建设。

Abstract: 
Exploring the integrity culture construction plays the guiding role in the construction of teachers' ethics in the new era. By explaining the significance of the new era to strengthening integrity culture in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the connotation and value of integrity culture, explores the intrinsic connection between integrity culture construction and the development of college teachers' ethics and conduct, analyze the new era present situation of the construction of college ethics strengthen and problems, and examines the current situation and issues related to teachers' ethics and conduct in higher education in the new era. In the end, it puts forward new thoughts and approaches for enhancing the construction in colleges and universities by taking integrity culture construction as a guiding principle.
