摘要 循环流化床锅炉的燃烧系统存在复杂非线性特性,准确的数学模型对其有效的控制至关重要。通过分析影响床温和蒸汽压力动态特性的因素,建立了给煤量和一次风量与床温和蒸汽压力之间的动态模型。利用最小二乘法对模型参数进行辨识,并通过仿真计算验证了模型的准确性。验证结果表明,该模型能够反映给煤量、一次风量、床温和蒸汽压力之间的动态关系。该模型为循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的优化控制提供了理论基础。

Abstract:
The combustion system of circulating
fluidized bed boiler has complex nonlinear characteristics, so accurate
mathematical model is very important for its effective control. In this paper,
the factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of bed temperature and steam
pressure are analyzed, and a dynamic model between coal feed and primary air
volume and bed temperature and steam pressure is established. The parameters of
the model are identified by least square method, and the accuracy of the model
is verified by simulation. The results show that the model can reflect the
dynamic relationship among coal feed, primary air, bed temperature and steam
pressure. This model provides a theoretical basis for the optimal control and
stable operation of CFB boiler combustion system.
