摘要
以勺轮式排种器为研究对象,进行了方案设计,并对其关键部件进行了详细的结构设计。分析了玉米种子在排种器清种和递种过程中的受力状态,推算出勺轮盘在不同转速下种子的受力情况,并得出递种口展角的最佳取值范围,为优化排种器的结构提供了参考依据。

Abstract:
This paper takes the spoon wheeled seed meter as the research object, carries on the plan design, and carries on the detailed structural design to its key parts. The force state of corn seeds in the process of clearing and seeding seedlings was analyzed, and the force of seeds of the spoon wheel at different rotation speeds was calculated, and the optimal value range of the seeding angle was obtained. To provide a reference for optimizing the structure of the metering device.
