教育互联网化背景下教师职业角色细分探究

摘要 

在对互联网冲击下传统教育生态的教与学存在的问题进行客观分析后,提出了互联网教育背景下教师职业角色定位的观点,并阐述了基于该背景的教师职业角色细分的构建思路和具体实施过程,为高等教育教学模式创生提供了新思路,缓解了教师的职业压力,促进了教师与学生主体性发挥,体现了“以人为本”的教育教学理念。

Abstract: 

After making an objective analysis of the problems existing in teaching and learning in the face of the impact of the Internet on the traditional education ecology, a viewpoint on the positioning of teacher professional roles under the background of Internet education was proposed. The construction ideas and specific implementation process of the subdivision of teacher professional roles based on this background, provides a new idea for the innovation of higher education teaching models, and this approach relieves the teachers' professional pressure and promotes the play of teachers' and students' subjectivity and embodies the educational philosophy of "people-oriented".
