浅析高校物业管理服务外包的利弊与对策

摘要随着高校后勤改革的不断深入，越来越多的高校采取物业管理服务外包模式，引用社会化力量，提高管理水平、提升服务品质。本文阐述了高校物业管理的现状，分析了实行高校物业管理服务外包的利弊，提出了优化高校物业管理体制的对策。

Abstract: With the deepening of logistics reform in colleges and universities, more and more colleges and universities adopt the mode of property management service outsourcing, utilize the social forces to improve management level and quality of service. This paper expounds the current situation of property management in colleges and universities, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out the property management service outsourcing in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the management system in colleges and universities.
