摘要本文探讨了阅读推广的必要性和充分性，阅读推广存在的问题和解决的方法，探讨工科大学生如何通过阅读方式提高人文素质。由大学生群体阅读水平的提高，促进全民阅读的推广。

Abstract: The necessity of promoting reading, the problems and solutions in reading promotion as well as how to improve humanistic quality through reading are discussed in this paper. The finding of the research shows that the improvement of the college students' reading will promote the nationwide reading.
