摘要 本设计以STC89C52RC单片机作为主控芯片设计生产环境无线监测系统,系统由探测终端和监测端两部分组成。探测终端实现对生产环境内温湿度采集、光强采集、烟雾等环境参数采集并可通过nRF24L01无线收发模块实现采集信息的无线发送;监测终端可以接收探测端发来的数据,并实时显示各项参数信息及声音报警功能。如果出现警报信息,经由 TC35i手机模块直接发送到工作人员手机终端上,最大限度减少工业生产经济损失和保护人身安全,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract: This design is based on STC89C52RC MCU as the wireless production environment monitoring system, which consists of detection terminal and monitoring terminal. The detection terminal realizes the collection of environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity in production environment, light intensity collection, smoke and other environmental parameters, and the wireless transmission of collection information can be realized through the nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module. The monitoring terminal can receive the data sent by the detection terminal and display the parameter information and warning alarm in real time. If there is alarm information, it will be sent directly to the mobile phone terminal of the staff via TC35i in order  to minimize the economic loss of industrial production and protect personal safety, which has practical application value.
