摘要 采用自由基聚合和原位溶胶凝胶化过程,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为主要原料,酸作催化剂制备PMMA/SiO2有机-无机杂化材料。对溶胶-凝胶工艺的反应原理和合成方法进行了探讨,研究了盐酸的不同浓度、水和TEOS的不同摩尔比和不同反应温度对凝胶时间和性状的影响,为进一步深入研究及实际应用提供数据。

Abstract: Tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) was used as source material and hydrochloric acid or ammonia was used as catalyst to prepare PMMA/SiO2 hybrid sol-gel materials by free radical polymerization and in-situ sol-gel process. The mechanism and synthesis methods of sol-gel process were discussed. The factors such as hydrochloric acid, water and temperature on reaction rate and structure of the gel were reviewed which provide data for further research and practical application.
