新时代高校人事档案纸质档与电子档的整合共存

摘要

随着科技的发展，高校的人事档案管理模式也在不断改变，电子档案在人事档案管理中的应用范围愈发广泛，逐渐由以纸质档案管理为主过渡向电子档案管理为主。相较于纸质档案，电子档案的管理方式更为便捷，更符合现代化教育建设的发展需要。但是，纸质档案也有着电子档案无法比拟的优点，因此在高校的人事档案管理工作中，要尽可能地将人事档案同电子档案管理相结合，实现二者的整合共存。

Abstract:

With the development of science and technology, the management mode of personnel files in colleges and universities is constantly changing. The application scope of electronic files in personnel file management has become more and more extensive, and the paper file management has gradually developed to electronic file management. Compared with paper archives, electronic archives management is more convenient and more in line with the development needs of modern education construction. At the same time, however, paper archives have incomparable advantages over electronic archives. Therefore, in the management of personnel archives in colleges and universities, it is necessary to combine personnel archives with electronic archives management as much as possible to realize the integration and coexistence of the two.
