摘要 随着基于工作过程为导向的项目教学法成为高职教学中的一种先进理念,本文从工作任务、教学设计、教学过程、企业管理与评价等方面阐述了基于工作过程的《零件的数控车削加工》课程的开发流程,将企业实际需求和高职教学有效结合,减小了学校培养和企业岗位之间的供需差,一定程度上增强了毕业生就业和后续发展优势。

Abstract: With the development of project-based teaching method, orientation-based teaching has become popular in vocational teaching. This paper expounds the development process of CNC Turning Process based on the work process from the aspects of work task, teaching design, teaching process, enterprise management and evaluation, and takes the actual needs of the enterprise into consideration of vocational teaching so as to reduce the supply and demand gap between school training and need of corporate jobs. This teaching reform enhances the advantages of graduate employment and subsequent development.
