摘要本文首先指出了当前研究生的思想现状，其次阐述了导师在研究生思想政治教育中的现状及优势，并通过毕业生讲党课的方法，指出党课对研究生思想政治教育的影响及其现实意义，最后分析导师制以及党课开展所取得的成果以及具有的现实意义。

Abstract: This article firstly gives a view of the current state of the graduates' ideology. Secondly, it explains the current status and advantages of the tutors in postgraduate ideological and political education. It also points out the impact of party lessons on postgraduate ideological and political education and their practical significance through the methods of graduates' speeches on party lessons. Finally, it analyzes the tutor system and the achievements of the Party's class and points out its current significance.
