摘要 

阐述了高校党建文化建设对组织育人工作的重要意义,分析了高校党建文化与组织育人工作的关联。在全面从严治党新形势下,结合高校实际,从“加强高校党内政治文化建设、开展党史学习教育、创新党建文化载体建设”三个方面,提出了高校党建文化建设的新路径。并阐明了构建“党建文化与组织育人协同机制”具体工作思路。

Abstract: 

This paper expounds the significance of the Party building culture construction in colleges and universities for the work of organizing and educating people, and analyzes the relationship between the Party building culture and organizational education. Under the new situation of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, and combined with the reality of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a new path for the construction of Party building culture in colleges and universities from three aspects: “strengthening the construction of inner-Party political culture in colleges and universities, carrying out the study and education of Party history, and innovating the construction of Party building culture carrier”. It also expounds the specific ideas of constructing “the collaborative mechanism between Party building culture and organizational education”.
