高校维修改造工程管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘要

面对高等教育不断扩大招生人数的教育改革政策的实行，许多高校原有基础设施及区域功能已无法满足新形势下的新要求，因此高校维修改造工程的数量逐年增加。但因高校维修改造工程数量多且情况复杂，同时工期紧、任务重，这对维修工程管理提出了更大的挑战。本文从实际出发，对当前高校维修改造工程中存在的问题进行研究，并提出相应对策。

Abstract:

In the face of the implementation of the educational reform policy of increasing enrollment in higher education, the original infrastructure and regional functions of many colleges can no longer meet the new requirements under the new situation, so the number of maintenance and renovation projects in colleges is increasing year by year. However, due to the large number of maintenance and renovation projects in colleges, the complicated situation, and the tight schedule and heavy tasks, this puts forward higher requirements for project management. Starting from the actual situation, this article analyzes the existing problems in the maintenance and renovation projects of colleges , and proposes corresponding measures.
