新时代工匠精神培育融入高职思想政治教育的路径研究

摘要 

工匠精神培育是高职院校的时代使命,融入高职院校思想政治教育是必然趋势。寻找工匠精神与思想政治教育二者内在联系及工匠精神融入思想政治教育的路径。高职院校应整合多种教育资源,从发挥思政课程作用、强化实践育人体系、创造优良校园文化氛围等角度,切实把工匠精神贯穿于高职人才培养的全过程,而且提升高职院校学生的职业素养。

Abstract: 

The cultivation of craftsman spirit is the mission of higher vocational colleges, and it is an inevitable trend to integrate into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Look for the internal relationship between craftsman spirit and ideological and political education, and the path of integrating craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education. Higher vocational colleges should integrate a variety of educational resources, effectively run the craftsman spirit through the whole process of higher vocational talent training and improve the professional quality of higher vocational college students from the perspectives of giving full play to the role of Ideological and political courses, strengthening the practical education system and creating a good campus cultural atmosphere.
