摘要 

结合“新工科”专业建设,针对传统工科能源与动力工程专业的人才需求及培养特点,急需加强应用型创新人才的培养。吉林化工学院能源与动力工程专业通过多年来对专业建设的改革与探索,制订了明确的人才培养目标,通过加强学科交叉融合,优化专业课程体系等措施,提高了学生的工程应用实践能力的培养,达成了人才培养目标。

Abstract: 

Combining with the construction of " Emerging Engineering Education,3E " majors, in view of the talent needs and training characteristics of traditional engineering energy and power engineering majors, there is an urgent need to strengthen the training of applied innovative talents. The energy and power engineering major of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has formulated clear talent training goals through years of reforms and explorations in major construction. By strengthening interdisciplinary integration, optimizing the professional curriculum system and other measures, it has improved the cultivation of students' engineering application practical ability. Achieved the goal of talent training.
