氢氧化铁胶体改性聚偏氟乙烯膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 通过改性聚偏氟乙烯膜表面,来研究聚偏氟乙烯膜过滤性能。通过操作压力,氢氧化铁胶体浓度来制备改性膜,利用扫描电镜对改性膜表面进行测试、表征,通过纯水通量、牛血清白蛋白截留率、膜接触角来测定改性后膜的性能,从测定和观察结果来看,膜的通量、截留率、接触角都符合膜超滤要求,经过膜表面改性后延缓污染。

Abstract: Polyvinylidene fluoride membrane has been modified by surface to study the filtering performance. The modified membrane is prepared by operating pressure, concentration of ferric hydroxide colloid. The surface of membrane is confirmed by SEM measurement, The performance of modified membrane is measured by pur water flux, BAS retention rate, contact Angle, and the requirements of the ultrafiltration membrane is confirmed by flux, retention rate and contact angle.
