摘要 

随着科学技术的不断发展,信息化时代的带来,高校的人事管理也迎来了“大数据”时代,这给各大高校人事档案的管理与应用带来里相当大的冲击和挑战。高校的人事档案管理面临如此的新境况,必然要做出新的调整和改变。本文通过对大数据背景下高校人事档案管理进行探究,从高校人事档案管理的特点、必要性及面临的问题入手,深刻分析高校人事档案的管理办法,旨在为各大高校提供一定的参考和帮助。

Abstract: 

With the continuous development of science and technology and the advent of the information age, the personnel management of colleges and universities has also ushered in the era of “ big data, ” which has brought considerable impact and challenges to the management and application of personnel files in colleges and universities.  University personnel file management is facing such a new situation, must make new adjustments and changes.  By exploring the management of personnel files in colleges and universities under the background of big data, starting from the characteristics, necessity and problems of personnel file management in colleges and universities, this paper deeply analyzes the management methods of personnel files in colleges and universities, aiming at providing some reference and help for major colleges and universities.
