老龄化冲击下的延迟退休政策探析

摘要

面对老龄化冲击导致的养老金巨大缺口，各国采取延迟退休政策。延迟退休是一项复杂的社会和经济政策，与国家、单位、在职职工、退休人员等方面的责任和切身利益都相关。本文从延迟退休的优势出发，从个人生活保障、就业、社会福利三个方面浅谈延迟退休政策对中国社会的影响。

Abstract:

In the face of the huge pension gap caused by the impact of aging, countries have adopted the policy of delaying retirement.Delaying retirement is a complicated social and economic policy, which is related to the responsibility and vital interests of the country, the unit, the employees, the retirees, etc. .Starting from the advantages of the delayed retirement, this paper discusses the impact of the delayed retirement policy on Chinese society from three aspects: Personal Security, employment and social welfare.
