立德树人视域下高校应用研究型人才培养体系建设研究

摘要 

应用研究型人才培养体系是由人才培养理念、专业课程设置模式、教学制度体系、教育评价等要素构成的科学完整的体系,本文转换一个新视角,将应用研究型人才培养体系置于立德树人的目标、原则和任务之中,分析当下应用研究型人才培养体系中立德树人要素严重不足的现状,构建以立德树人为先导,以课程思政建设为突破口,以三全育人为重点的新时代应用研究型人才培养体系。

Abstract: 

The application of research talent cultivation system is by the concept of talent training, professional curriculum model, teaching system, education evaluation elements constitute a scientific and complete system, converting a new perspective, this paper applied research talent cultivation system on khalid cultivating objectives, principles and tasks, analysis of the present application research in the talent cultivation system of khalid ents elements present situation of serious shortage, build to the guideline of khalid ents, education with course construction as the breakthrough point, focusing on the three whole education in a new era of application research talent cultivation system.
