摘要
采用以DNA为模板,硼氢化钠为还原剂还原硝酸银所制备的银纳米簇对HBV序列进行检测.对影响银纳米簇荧光的因素进行了探究,在优化后的实验条件下,以466nm为激发波长对HBV序列进行荧光分析.探针对HBV序列有较好的选择性,在0.05-1 μM间有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.016 μM。

Abstract:
The DNA templated silver nanoclusters were prepared by reducing silver nitrate with sodium borohydride as reducing agent to detect HBV sequence. The factors influencing the fluorescence of silver nanoclusters were explored. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the HBV sequence was analyzed with 466 nm as excitation wavelength. The probe had a good selectivity for HBV sequence. There is a good linear relationship between 0.05 μM and 1 μM and limit of detection is 0.016 μM.
