硫酸酸化活性炭对羟基丙酮的吸附性能

摘要 采用固相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术分析硫酸酸化的活性炭对苯酚中杂质羟基丙酮的吸附性能。结果表明,萃取时间10min,萃取温度30℃和解析时间4min是最佳的固相微萃取条件。硫酸酸化的活性炭对羟基丙酮具有良好的吸附能力,且吸附剂质量为1.0g时,吸附效果最好。吸附时间为3h,吸附达到平衡,且去除率为60%。准二级动力学模型能够更好地描述羟基丙酮在硫酸酸化活性炭上的吸附行为。

Abstract: Solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography were used to analyze the adsorption properties of sulfuric acid acidified activated carbon for hydroxyacetone of in phenol’ impurity. The results showed that the extraction time 10 min, extraction temperature 30℃ and resolution time 4 min were the best solid-phase microextraction conditions. Sulfuric acid acidified activated carbon has good adsorption ability to hydroxyacetone, and the best adsorption effect is when the adsorbent mass is 1.0g. Adsorption time was 3h, adsorption reached equilibrium, and the removal rate was 60%. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model can better describe the adsorption behavior of hydroxyacetone on sulfuric acid acidified activated carbon.
