基于EM算法的混合线性回归模型的应用研究

摘要 

研究了带有删失数据的混合线性回归模型的参数估计问题,利用EM算法建立了混合线性回归模型的参数估计程序.收集了2019年46个国家的人均国民生产总值和人均二氧化碳排放量的数据,建立了人均国民生产总值关于人均二氧化碳排放量的混合线性回归模型并且对数据进行了分析,为一些低国民生产总值国家的未来发展政策提供依据。

Abstract: 

The parameter estimation of mixture of linear regression model with censored data is studied. The procedure of parameter estimation of mixture of linear regression model is established by EM algorithm. We collected data on GNP per capita and carbon dioxide emissions per capita in 28 countries in 2019.The mixture of linear regression model is used to fit for dataset of per capita GNP on carbon dioxide emissions and the dataset is analyzed, which provides the basis of the future development policies for some low GNP countries.
