原子荧光光谱法测定川芎中硒的含量

Determination of selenium in Ligusticum chuanxiong by atomic fluoerescence spectrometry

摘要 

本文采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定了中药川芎中硒的含量。将川芎试样经过消解,采用硼氢化钾和氢氧化钾作为还原剂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定了样品中硒的含量,建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定川芎中硒的分析方法。在最佳仪器工作条件下,硒在0-15 ng/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.78x+31.35,相关系数为0.9902,检出限0.96 ng/mL。川芎中硒的含量为1.354 ng/g,该研究为川芎中硒含量的测定以及中药的评价提供了科学数据。

Abstract: 

Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was used to determine the content of selenium in Ligusticum chuanxiong. The sample of Ligusticum chuanxiong is digested by nitric acid, and the content of selenium is determined by HG-AFS with potassium hydroxide and potassium borohydride used as reducing agents. The analysis method of the hydride - atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of selenium in Ligusticum chuanxiong was established. Under the optimum working conditions, the selenium contens express a good linear relationship in the range of 0-15 ng/mL. The standad curve equation is y=0.78x+31.35 with the correlation coefficient is 0.9902 and the detection limit is 0.96 ng/g.The selenium content in Ligusticum chuanxiong is 1.354 ng/g. This study can provide a scientific information for the determination of selenium and the evaluation of Ligusticum chuanxiong.
