胭脂红和苋菜红与石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物相互作用的对比研究

摘要 

分别测定了胭脂红和苋菜红与石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物相互作用的荧光光谱和紫外吸收光谱。研究发现胭脂红和苋菜红均对石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物具有较强的荧光猝灭作用,且均为静态猝灭过程。但是由于结构上的差异,所引起的石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物荧光猝灭率有所不同。通过变温实验、紫外吸收光谱和结构分析,得出胭脂红引起的石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物的猝灭率更高。研究还发现,胭脂红和苋菜红的浓度与石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物荧光强度的降低之间均存在良好的线性关系,可分别用于胭脂红和苋菜红的定量分析。

Abstract: 

Fluorescence and absorbance spectra was obtained to study the interaction between Ponceau 4R/Amaranth and graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites. Both Ponceau 4R/Amaranth have strong fluorescence quenching effect on graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites, and both were static quenching process. But quenching rate caused by ponceau 4R/amaranth was different, because of the difference of structure. Based on variable temperature experiment、absorbance spectrum and structure analysis, we could conclude that conjugated degree of ponceau 4R is higher than that of amaranth. Furthermore there was a good linear relationship between ponceau 4R/amaranth and graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites, and could be used for quantitative analysis of ponceau 4R/amaranth.
