基于金纳米簇比色法对银离子的检测研究

摘要 

银在现代生活中如医药,饮用水的消毒等方面具有广泛的应用,大量的银排放到自然环境中,对水中的鱼和环境中的微生物产生伤害。本文根据文献利用水热反应法以牛血清白蛋白为还原剂合成牛血清白蛋白保护的金纳米簇为探针,建立了比色传感器用于银离子的快速检测。该金纳米簇荧光探针对银离子有着较好的选择性,在Ag+浓度0.3-10 mM范围内Ag+浓度与紫外吸收强度呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.98746),其检测限为0.1 mM。

Abstract: 

Silver in modern life, such as medicine, drinking water disinfection has a wide range of applications, a large number of silver released into the natural environment, the microorganisms in the fish in the water and environmental damage based on the literature using the method of thermal water with bovine serum albumin as reductant synthesis of bovine serum albumin protect the shower of gold nanoparticles as probes, set up a colorimetric sensors used for rapid detection of silver ions This fluorescence probe has a good selectivity toward silver ions and a good linear relationship between 0.1 and 10 nM(R2=0.98746). A detection limit of sliver ions is 0.1 mM.
