主链引入含氟基团对双酚A型聚芳醚酮材料性能影响的研究

摘要 

利用亲核缩聚的方法分别合成主链含有甲基的双酚A型聚芳醚酮和含有三氟甲基的双酚A型聚芳醚酮,通过溶胶-凝胶法得到了透明的聚合物薄膜。通过1H-NMR确定了两种聚芳醚酮的结构。通过DSC研究发现,主链含有甲基的聚芳醚酮的Tg为159oC,主链含有三氟甲基的聚芳醚酮的Tg为166oC,两种聚合物5%热失重温度均在460oC以上,都表现出良好的热稳定性。通过接触角研究发现,主链含有甲基的聚芳醚酮的水接触角为78o,主链含有三氟甲基的聚芳醚酮的水接触角为91o,表现出更加优异的疏水性能。

Abstract: 

In this paper, bisphenol-a poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing methyl and trifluoromethyl were synthesized respectively, and transparent polymer films were obtained by the sol-gel method. The structures of two poly(aryl ether ketone)s were determined by 1H-NMR. DSC study showed that the Tg of the bisphenol-a poly(aryl ether ketone)s with main chain containing methyl (BPA-PAEKs) was 159oC, and that the Tg of poly(aryl ether ketone)s with main chain containing trifluoromethyl (6FBPA-PAEKs) was 166oC, and the 5% weight loss of both polymers was more than 460oC, showing good thermal stability. Through the study on the contact Angle, it was found that the water contact Angle of the BPA-PAEKs was 78o, and that the water contact Angle of the 6FBPA-PAEKs was 91o, the latter shows better hydrophobic performance.
