双色巧克力3D打印机的设计

摘要 

针对目前巧克力3D打印机打印颜色单一、连续挤出料难、打印精度低等问题,本文对现有的巧克力3D打印机机械结构进行了分析和改进,设计出了一种能够持续供料、双色打印的高精度巧克力3D打印机。挤料箱部分采用螺旋推杆的进给方式来挤出原料,实现连续不断输送原料。在挤料箱、软管和喷头上都装有加热装置,并运用PID算法控制温度的恒定。喷头设计成具有独立控制开关的两个出料孔的一体式单喷嘴。为了提高打印精度,挤料机构固定在机架上,而喷头固定在运动机构上,减少了运动惯量。

Abstract: 

In view of the problems of chocolate 3D printer such as single printing color, difficult continuous extrusion and low printing accuracy, a new design of chocolate 3D printer is proposed. The new 3D printer of chocolate has more high precision, easily continuous supplying materials, and what’s more, printed in two colors. In the design, a screw push rod is employed as the feed part to extrude raw materials, which can realize that the storage box can continuously transfer raw materials to the feed box. Heating devices are installed on both the feed box and the nozzle part. The PID algorithm is used to control the temperature of the device, which is conducive to maintaining the stabilization of the melting temperature of chocolate. To serve the needs of two-color printing, the nozzle is designed into two extrusion holes in one head. Each hole can be controlled the condition of opening and closing independently. For a purpose of improving printing accuracy, the feed mechanism is fixed on the rack, and the nozzle is fixed on the motion mechanism, which is helpful to reduce the motion inertia and improve the printing accuracy.
