摘要
以邻硝基苯胺为原料,与重氮盐反应制得中间体邻硝基苯基重氮盐,进一步与N,N-二甲基苯胺偶合合成偶氮化合物,2-硝基-4′-二甲氨基偶氮苯(化合物1)。我们考察了pH值、化学计量比和温度等反应条件对合成的影响,用红外光谱表征其结构,并通过紫外光谱对化合物的酸碱变色性及光谱性质进行了研究。实验结果表明化合物1具有较大的摩尔吸光系数(ε= 2.42 × 104 L/mol·cm),良好的酸碱变色性。

Abstract:
The intermediate o-nitrophenyl diazo salt was synthesized from o-nitroaniline and diazo salt. The compound 1, 2-nitro-4'-dimethylaminoazobenzene was further prepared by coupling diazo salt with N, N-dimethylaniline. The effects of reaction conditions such as pH value, stoichiometric ratio and temperature on the synthesis were investigated. The structure of the compound was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The acid-base discoloration and spectrum properties of 1 were studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy. The experimental results show that 1 has high molar absorptivity (ε=2.42*104 L/mol.cm) and good acid-base discoloration.
