As China's international status continues to improve, the market economy is moving towards globalization, thus the financial management became a vital factor. In order to achieve great economic benefits, the enterprises are supposed to have an in-depth expansion of financial management. As we all know, besides Changchun FAW and Songyuan Petroleum, chemical industry is one of the main taxes origins in Jilin Province, which means it plays an important role in the economic development of Jilin Province. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of financial risk management in Jilin chemical enterprises, discusses the existing problems, and brings up the countermeasures of financial risk management.
