The shaping of higher vocational students' morality and personality is related to the healthy growth of individuals and the long-term development of the country. In the context of higher vocational students' lacking of morality and personality, we must adhere to the principles of cultivating personnel such as subjective initiatives, system hierarchy and try to cultivate the students' morality and personality from the content, the means of moral education, educators and students themselves.
