摘要 

研究苦瓜中黄酮类物质提取方法,并对提取物质进行生物活性分析。使用冻干法得到苦瓜粉,采用不同的试剂、不同的方法提取其中的黄酮类物质并进行生物活性分析。结果表明:丙酮和 75%的乙醇溶液作为提取剂, 60℃,浸提和超声波震荡相结合的方法提取效果最好;定性分析结果表明提取物中含有黄酮类物质;生物活性分析结果表明丙酮和 75%的乙醇的粗提物及聚酰胺的纯化产物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌有不同程度的抑制作用,对三种菌的敏感性依次为:大肠杆菌<金黄色葡萄球菌<铜绿假单胞菌。

Abstract: 

The extraction methods of flavonoids from bitter Gourd was studied and the biological activity of the extracted material was analyzed in this paper. Bitter Gourd powder was obtained by freezing. Different reagents and methods were studied to extract flavonoids and the biological activity was analyzed. The results show that the best method is using acetone and 75 % of ethanol solution as extraction agent, liquid extraction combined with ultrasonic shock extraction at 60 °C. The results of qualitative analysis show that the extract contains flavonoids. The results of biological activity analysis showed that the crude extracts of acetone and 75 % of ethanol and the purified products of polyamide had different degree of inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli、Staphylococcus aureus、Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the sensitivity to the three bacteria was: Escherichia coli<Staphylococcus aureus<Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
