摘要 大学生的综合素质是评价高校人才培养质量的重要指标之一。综合素质的内涵是随着时代变化的,以现代社会需求和人才培养目标为依托,从七方面构建了大学生综合素质评价指标体系。采用层次分析法和专家评分计算出各级指标的权重,最终形成一套科学实用、可操作的大学生综合素质评价指标体系。这个评价指标体系可以对大学生的综合素质进行评价,可以更好地把握人才的培养质量。根据对评价结果的深入分析,提出了提高大学生综合素质评价效果的建议。

Abstract: The comprehensive quality of college students is one of the important indicators of evaluating the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The connotation of comprehensive quality has changed with the times, and, a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for college students has been constructed based on the needs of modern society and talent cultivation goals. The weights of indicators at all levels have been calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert scoring, the comprehensive evaluation index system is scientific, practical, and operable for college students. This evaluation index system can evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students and helps to know the quality of talent cultivation. Based on the evaluation results, some suggestions were proposed with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students.
